Warlock, На счет нового сайта, думаю что если туда так сказать всем миром перейти, то название его уже будет не столь важно. И многие это сделают с удовольствием. Жаль конечно всю "клиентскую базу" автоматом на новый сайт не перенесешь и форум с его обжитыми темами пропадет . Зато сменить гнилой укоз давно пора....есть масса хостингов и пространства с отличными условиями и уже готовыми шаблонами. Да взять хотя бы http://ru.wix.com/ я сама лично делала не один сайт на нем. Все очень удобно и все остаются довольны.

Когда к моим родителям прилетел аист и принес меня… Сначала они хотели взять аиста.

Боже, я ДО СИХ ПОР НЕ ВЕРЮ, ЧТО ПОПАЛА НА МОЙ ЛЮБИМЫЙ САЙТ.

Сегодня в ОЧЕРЕДНОЙ РАЗ шерстила свои старые записи, где и когда я могла написать пароль. И вот сейчас, в 12.20 по Киевскому времени biggrin мне наконец-то повезло. Я НАШЛА!!! Боже, не верю, восторга полные штаны, ведь полгода сюда попасть не могла, а на все вопросы к Лене через соцсети ответа получить не могла.

Честно, вот это обидело и задело здорово - на все просьбы в ответ только тишина. До сих пор не понимаю, что это было - этому форуму я отдала (пусть и добровольно) почти 4 года жизни. Да, я писала от души, не из-под палки, но писала, а чем больше пишешь - тем ты продлеваешь жизнь сайту. И вот так вот...ни ответа, ни привета, на мои просьбы помочь мне восстановить пароль. sad Лена, я не знаю, читаешь ли ты эти строки, но просто хочу сказать - не нужен тебе этот сайт, эти люди...пожалуйста, скажи об этом сразу. Дай возможность КИНОЗОМБИ жить в том формате, в котором он жил раньше, но только с новым админом. Я знаю, как пашет Варлок, и за последние годы из модеров на сайте видела только его. Сама сейчас связана с одним из интернет-ресурсов, и не понаслышке знаю, КАК ЭТО ТРУДНО.

Я очень хочу, чтобы КИНОЗОМБИ не стал зомби окончательно. Я помню самые яркие и сочные годы этого сайта. Помню живое общение здесь, ночные чаты, и интересные темы. Это был расцвет сайта, так зачем приводить его в упадок???

Лена, не молчи, пожалуйста. Оставь сайту право на жизнь. Все темы я читала, когда не могла зайти сюда, даже зарегилась на форуме ребят, чтобы не терять контакт, зарегилась под этим ником...кто будет на http://megapyhar.com/forums/ - я там уже есть...

Очень больно терять это место. Я сейчас провожу время на других ресурсах, но этот запал мне в душу как особенный сайт, и не хочу терять эту свою часть жизни.

Заливать на ютуб и остальные околоутубы не вариант. Я вот например залил два видео со страйкбола, причем каждое видео было по часу смонтировано..... удалили на следующий день вместе с каналом который был с 2009 года, причин удаления до сизх пор не получил.....

Я ПЕРЕЖИЛ: Перестройку 80-х, Лихие 90-е, Кризис 1998, Проблему 2000, Эпидемию коровьего бешенства, Птичий грипп, Свиной грипп, Кризис 2009, Лето 2010, Эпидемию гриппа 2011...2012 конец света? Да мне пофиг!

п»їI recently watched a football game between the Indianapolis Colts and the New England Patriots. The final score—Colts 35, Patriots 34. This game, like all sporting events, contained many elements of leadership. Let’s review some I observed.
Leaders organize before undertaking a task. Each team spent hundreds of hours preparing for the contest, seeking to leave nothing to chance. It’s called making a plan. The more detailed your organization of a task, the greater the potential for success. Plan your day, week, month, year—your life.
Leaders make adjustments depending on circumstance. Each time the quarterbacks were off the field, they reviewed still pictures of the other team’s defenses, seeking to find ways to make slight changes in order to increase their offensive success potential. Likewise, in life, and in our work activities, we must review our actions and the results we are getting every day. These minor course corrections keep us moving forward towards our desired destination and raise the odds for successfully reaching that destination.
Leaders are not afraid to take a risk. In the final two minutes of the game, the Patriot’s coach made a decision to go for the first down on their own 30 yard line rather than punt the ball. It was a high risk decision that backfired. The Patriot’s did not make the necessary two yards to maintain possession of the ball. Very quickly, the Colts scored and took the lead. I don’t think the Patriot’s coach is a dumb guy. He assessed the situation based upon all the game data and felt his team could make the necessary yardage. He was not afraid to take a high risk. Can we be as courageous and risk failure or do we always play it safe and dramatically reduce our potential to improve?
Leaders are not afraid to face failure. Yes, the Patriot’s lost the game on what many will characterize as a “dumb decision” by their coach. I choose to say it was a gamble that didn’t pay off and not question the level of competence of the coach. He has proved he is a very good coach. But last night, he also proved that he was not afraid to face failure. When we are open to taking risks, we are also willing to accept the consequences of failure. Sometimes they are huge but more than not, failure is not final.
Leaders have confidence in their abilities. It took a great deal of confidence for the Patriot’s coach to make that 4th down choice. People will follow a leader that has knowledge and confidence in their ability to make sound decisions. We should look inwardly and raise a correct assessment of our abilities and self-confidence. When preparation is properly positioned, confidence can be created. If one wishes to lead, self-confidence is a critical component of their character. How’s your confidence level?
Leaders sense the entire playing field. As I watched each QB run their offense, it was very obvious that they were constantly assessing the entire playing field, making adjustments, and running the best offensive play possible. As we seek to grow our success potential, we need a strong sense of our environment, the field in which we work, and the trends occurring in the business world. By grasping these bits of information, we open the door to greater opportunities.
Leaders get their team members working together. Success in sports demands teamwork. In football games, twenty-two people must work together to make the offense and defense work. If everyone carries out their respective duties on each play, the opponent is stopped. Likewise, in your work environment, if everyone accepts and carries out their job requirements, the organization prospers. Imagine what power your entire organization can have if teamwork, cooperation, and individual responsibility work at the maximum level possible?
Leaders seek input from others on the team. Players on the sideline conferred with coaches and teammates seeking a way to increase their performance. Take advantage of the abilities every employee working for or with you bring to the workplace. Leaders don’t shy away from ideas generated by others. They understand they cannot function in isolation and neglect the potentially powerful input possible from others.
Leaders respect the competition. It was very obvious the Colts and Patriots have a great deal of respect for each other. Each team knew their opponent was going to be prepared and ready to work hard for the win. It’s the same with your competition. They want to win as badly as you do. So, don’t knock the competition, explain the difference. In this way, we show respect without belittling. This position actually raises our own respect level from our clients and/or customers.
Leaders evaluate their performance. You can bet the Patriot’s will break down and examine every play from Sunday’s game. Once reviewed, they will seek to avoid a repeat of the same failures next week. Likewise, we must constantly evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of our individual and organizational performance. Then, we must surface the necessary courage to make changes.

п»ї#1 Magazines Tell The Truth
I’ll put it on the line right now, you cannot believe what you read in magazines. Hardly groundbreaking but let me explain why. Some people think that because a nationally circulated magazine has rave reviews about a product or piece of equipment that what they say must be true. Unfortunately, like most things in the world these days, magazines are driven by the dollar. Take most of the major fitness magazines for example. Each of these magazines has articles, editorials and advertisements for the latest and greatest in fat burning products. Ever notice they’re all from the one company. Why- because that magazine owns that company and all they are doing is using the magazine to promote their product. Do you really think that that celebrity really used their product without receiving sponsorship dollars??? Even if a magazine isn’t owned by a supplement company or vice versa, they still pay tens of thousands of dollars to advertise their products in the magazines. It’s a case of however has the biggest cheque book wins, not whatever the best product is!!!
#2 The only way to lose weight is to starve myself
Crap! Sorry if I offended anyone but that is what it is. Starvation (aside from causing irreparable damage to your insides) will actually cause you to gain weight in the long run. Yes it is true that you have to burn more calories than you eat. But this doesn’t mean starving yourself. If you drop your calorie intake dramatically your metabolic rate actually slows down and therefore you burn much less fat. Your body as a response increases your appetite to try to get you to eat more calories. Your body does feed off your fat stores but because you deplete them so quickly it then starts to feed off your muscles and if it goes too far it will shut down your organs. Then when you eventually do start eating again your body, in anticipation of being starved of nutrients again will store everything it possibly can and therefore result in rapid weight gain again but this time without any muscle tissue- so you have just increased the amount of fat in your body. You are better off to only drop your calorie intake a smaller amount, say about 25% and then increase the intensity of your exercise. This will keep your metabolic rate high and your body functioning normally.
#3 I can just take a magical “diet” pill.
Similar to point 2, people fail to realise the dangers of diet or appetite suppressing pills. Effectively they stop you from eating by making you feel full. The problem with this is that there are no nutrients entering your body. Your body’s response is to slow the metabolic rate to decrease fat burning. Prolonged use can have the same effect as starvation. And then, like starvation, as soon as you begin eating again your weight rises rapidly because your body begins to store fat again in anticipation of the next starvation period.
#4 Meal replacement shakes- should I or shouldn’t I?
Meal replacement shakes are nothing more than supplements for an inadequate diet. The problem with them is that the body was never designed to live off liquid lunches. If they have been formulated correctly (and that is a big IF) then they are invariably very low in calories. If your diet is too deficient in calories remember point 2- starvation. Because they are digested very quickly your body doesn’t have to work as hard for as long to absorb the nutrients and therefore in effect your metabolic rate can slow down because you are providing a less constant source of nutrition.
#5 Eating Fat is bad.
It all depends on the type of fat. There are good and bad fats. The good fats, poly-unsaturated and mono-unsaturated fats can actually help reduce the risk of heart disease, cardiovascular problems and blood pressure problems. On the other hand, the BAD fats are the Saturated Fats and Trans-Fatty Acids which can be found in many of the deep fried, processed foods that flood today’s market. Cut back on these and increase your intake of things like fish, nuts and plant oils and you are then consuming the good fats that can improve your health.
#6 Muscle turns into fat and vice versa.
It is physiologically impossible to turn muscle into fat and vice versa. They are two completely separate types of tissue. If the muscles aren’t being trained then the body gets rid of the muscle tissue and therefore there is more room to store fat. The fat tends to be stored on top of your muscle tissue and therefore you lose your definition. However, when you train and build muscle you burn fat and subsequently the fatty deposits over your muscles disappear. Muscle takes up less room than fat so as you build muscle you can find that you tend to trim down. You cannot turn one into the other.
#7 Drinking lots of water just makes you bloated.
Water is one of the key players in metabolism, digestion and hunger control. None of these bodily systems function correctly without a sufficient level of water provided constantly to the body. The reason you feel bloated is that your body is not used to receiving the correct amount of water and so, like starvation, it retains the water and gives you that bloated feeling. If you regularly drink water (a minimum of 8 glasses a day for non-active people) then your body gets used to receiving a constant flow and therefore realises it doesn’t need to retain water, flushing your system and making the bloated feeling disappear.
#8 I have a slow metabolism.
It doesn’t matter what you metabolism or genetic disposition is like. The scientific facts are simple. If you burn more calories than you consume you lose weight. And if you eat less more often you keep your metabolism working at a higher rate for longer, therefore putting your body into a fat burning state for longer and giving you more energy. Instead of eating 3 large meals a day, eat 6 smaller meals at closer intervals and drink plenty of water- your metabolism will be forced to speed up.
#9 I have to perform hours of exercise to burn fat.
Once again this is not the case. It all comes down to intensity. If you are doing very low intensity exercise (walking) then your body isn’t working hard to burn energy (fat) and therefore fat loss is very slow. If on the other hand you perform high-intensity exercise you are forcing your body to work hard, your energy stores are depleted quicker and your body subsequently enters the fat burning zone quicker. You don’t need to train for hours, 20-30 minutes of high intensity training may be all that is required. But you cannot expect to see results if you don’t put in the effort and train hard consistently.
#10 Performing 1000 crunches will flatten my stomach.
You cannot “area target” fat loss through exercise. Performing one thousand sit ups will not flatten your stomach. You see the body has certain places it finds it easier to store fat. For men it is usually the stomach area whilst women it is usually the hips and thighs. Think of it like EFTpos. Just because your money is stored at the bank doesn’t mean you can’t access it somewhere else. Indeed you can do no abdominal work at all and still see a reduction in your waistline. Training all parts of your body will burn fat from those storage areas, not just one.
